The location and the size.
Little unclean.
Washroom had hair strands, the towels too, the washroom too.
There’s a restaurant on the 6th floor and that’ll be annoying.
But overall, good.

Very good location near by central Osaka and all the supermarket mini mart all around. restaurants and shopping is very near.
very very very bad bad cigarette smell all over the room, really hate it. cannot get rid of it in two night. we bought a perfume spray but still cannot remove all the smelly cigarette smell. if come with family or young kid baby. not recommend.
