8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Great location with lots of dining options around Room was pretty big and vert clean. Loved the washing machine so easy to use. Walking distance to downtown was great with 3 kids in tow
The check in process was difficult to navigate the Web webpage kept timing out and giving an error. Then the email instructions were not clear on how to get in the door and then find the lock box code to get into our room. It was not easy to find the lock box code again when checking out

This place is a nice location for seeing everything in Dotonbori. It is also near the station for traveling around the city. The property includes toothbrush, toothpaste, hair straightener, curling iron, and plenty of towels.
I tried using the straightener and it wasn’t working.

The best was the location, very convenient
It’s basic, but fair. The wifi was not working. the check out is very early and they don’t ship if you forget something. It was clean and in general was enough for us .
