Apartment Hotel 11 Nippombashi

Clean and new

Spacious rooms. We had 3 x quad rooms (2 x queen beds) Loved having a kitchenette (good size fridge/freezer, microwave, stove top) and a washing machine! Very comfortable apartment. Having a balcony was nice, would have been good to have chairs, handy to hang our washing out. Easy self check in. No staff are on site. Amenities are on the ground floor plus irons and ironing boards you can take up to your room. Air conditioner worked well. Great location. Station around the corner, about a 5 min walk. We found it pretty easy to get to from Shin-Osaka station - train to Namba and then another to Nippombashi station (1 stop about a minute). You can also walk from Namba station, about 13mins - we never did this though). When you’re in the stations read the signs don’t just rely on google map directions. We did day trips to Kyoto, Nara and Hiroshima from here. Close to Dotonbori. 7/11 just down the street, 1min walk. Great value. Highly recommend.

Nowhere to hang your towel in the bathroom.

Great base to explore Osaka! Easy stroll to the Dotonbori area and central Osaka, and about a 10 minute walk to Namba station :) Also loved that my room had a clothes washing machine inside!!! That was much appreciated.

It’s all automated (you don’t meet or speak to anyone to check-in or out) so it feels a little impersonal.

Nice clean room with comfortable beds and plenty of space including in the bathroom. The hotel even have their own transfer service at a bargain price. Another plus is the hotel has an area in the lobby where you can store your bags before or after check-in or check out

My score would be substantially higher if their was a dryer for the clothes, washing machine only👎 The TV doesn’t have English option in settings, well to be more accurate it did but it won’t let you select it so you’re locked out effectively. Supported Russian Chinese Japanese language only not English, the most spoken language on the planet.
