電壓不穩，有時用吹風機會跳電，中間房間窗簾無法遮住隔壁住戶陽臺燈，睡覺時會有小亮度

1.離地鐵、黑門市場及難波、道頓堀都很近。 2.附近有業務超市及24小時超市，採買食物非常方便。 3.很寬敞，有4間臥室。
1.房屋內部設備較爲老舊，使用微波爐容易跳電，發現微波爐需調整到500W。 2.電熱壺有異味，煮的水很臭。 3.客廳旁臥室沒有暖氣，僅靠客廳的暖氣，還是感覺很冷。
