We loved staying at Ozawa Building! The location was super convenient. Round1 Stadium was just nearby and open 24 hours, so even when it rained, we still had somewhere fun to go. Plus, Dotonbori, the river cruise, and Shinsaibashi Shopping Street were all within walking distance. Rain or shine, we always had something to do. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!
One small suggestion would be to provide umbrellas that guests can borrow, especially during rainy days. This would be really helpful for guests who want to explore Osaka without worrying about unexpected rain. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay!

地點位置交通方便。電視、冰箱、基本廚具都有，還有洗衣機就是讚。
毛巾跟浴巾有異味，所以我們沒用，自己有帶。 另外就是房間跟廚房、客廳都在同一間，整間有地毯，用洗手台超怕弄濕。浴室小小一間。

I really liked the location of the property. Very close to shopping strips, Dotonbori, and Namba station.
The ceiling would drip from time to time. The bathroom had a weird smell- almost like old urine, and the ceiling fan had what looked like mold growing… might have been dirt. The TV needs to be updated so that visitors can watch Netflix or YouTube when they’re not out exploring
