Not too far from Shinsaibashi metro station, I achieved to get from there to the ryokan in about 20 mins with suitcase.
Also located at a walkable distance from Dontonbori.
The onsen was nice despite not open all the time, I mainly used it in the evening slot (5pm-12am).
Room was spacious and quiet.
Elevator useful for suitcase.
Nice japanese traditional music in the corridor
The only noise I heard from other rooms was creaking of the cupboard doors.
Also there was creaking of the cupboard doors in my room

We liked this traditional small hotel. Everything is simple, but original and full of spirit of times. The staff was very friendly and helped us to feel real Japanese vibe.

The location of property.
The property is dated and can do with some freshening up. The reception is very dark and cluttered. I thought it was odd to leave the keys at the reception desk whenever we went out.
