Excellent Ryokan accomodation in good location in Osaka. Good basic need shops and restaurants nearby. Ryokan personnel helpful, hardworking and easy to communicate with. Silent and clean rooms, and good AC made staying and sleeping hours convenient despite more than +32c outside.

Location was good, air co works good, staff on the reception was nice.
1. So dark in the main room and shower 2. Photos of a hotel on booking.com are so far from the reality, this is the most disappointing thing, especially bath (onsen) is totally differ in reality, this is just photos from another place not from this hotel 3. On the check-out date at 9:20 to our room accidentally came a cleaner (a man), and we were just two girls! The check out time is 10:00, so why do we need to have this inconvenience like some random guy visit our room?

We did not get a chance to try the breakfast
The facility definitely looks like it has not been updated since it was created. However, I think that is part of its charm if you come in with that in mind.

The location of property.
The property is dated and can do with some freshening up. The reception is very dark and cluttered. I thought it was odd to leave the keys at the reception desk whenever we went out.
