We selected this hotel for the Japanese style and we really enjoyed that. Very clean, quiet and accessible. Spacious hotel room by Japanese standards, cozy by American standards. All staff were exceptionally friendly and professional! Secure and safe entry process.

The room was very clean and quite spacious by Japanese hotel standards. The air conditioning performed well and operated quietly, making for a comfortable stay. Overall, it offered good value for the price.
The acoustic performance could be improved, as street noise was transmitted into the room more noticeably than expected. The location was also somewhat less convenient than anticipated. While the hotel is still within walking distance of the main attractions and popular areas, the final five minutes of the walk through smaller side streets can feel less ideal, particularly after a long day of sightseeing and activities.

The location was excellent
We are an older couple - sleeping on a tatami mat was fine and what we had chosen but we would have loved a chair to sit on but apparently that was not possible
