Really easy process to enter via door code system (including main building and individual apartment). Good lift access to all floors. Nice to have bedrooms in separate space to living area. Nice to have balconies from both levels. Also, complementary umbrellas for rainy days.
The stairs to the bedrooms are steep with no handrails and step edgings which are uncomfortable to walk on - feels dangerous and have to be very careful when coming down them.

702 was quiet and easy to be in. Air con was good. Beds were comfortable.
Easy to get in and out of apartment. Lift was great.
It could do with coat of paint. It’s tired! I had to store away the dusty fake plants. I don’t think anyone would enjoy them.
Cooking facilities weren’t great.
For Aussies to not have a toaster at breakfast is not good.

Good location with easy access to supermarket, restaurants and metro. Ample storage space and space to dry clothing after using washing machine in the apartment. Very close to a metro stop, and the apartment was clean. Plentiful bathroom and kitchen amenities for a family stay in a secure building.
Some of the low overhead sections were hard on my tall husband, and while clean, the apartment is certainly on the older side. We stayed for six nights so had to wash towels mid-trip but it was manageable. While very close to a metro station, we found we needed to change lines often to get back to the apartment, so if one finds transfers difficult, that may need considering.

The location of this apartment is absolutely amazing, short walk to convenience stores, restaurants, shopping and nightlife and having an elevator was a massive help with luggage.
The place wasn't particularly clean on arrival, and the air conditioning units were very dusty and we immediately aired out the apartment to get rid of the stale air.
A major warning to taller folk: the ceilings are incredibly low, making the space feel very small in height. It is also not a great place to lounge around—the couch only fits two people at most, and the TV is tiny.
