Very spacious apartment with a nice layout, cozy living room. Location is excellent and everything is close, restaurants and nightlife right outside.
The couch in the living room is all dented when you sit down and the sleeping pillow is a bit too hard for my taste. Honestly negligible because everything else was really great.

Convenient, good location.

Location was pretty good - walkable to many Osaka sites and transport options, size of apartment was good for families/ groups, kitchen/ laundry/ dining table all very useful, good communication via app - fast & helpful responses, self check in fairly easy
Old & outdated interior - especially the bathroom, beds not that comfortable & creaked when you moved, lounge also not that comfortable, no reception in building but this was noted before I booked - means you can’t forward luggage or store luggage safely after check out time
