Location is perfect for me & my friend. Limousine bus station, Doton Plaza, is just in the same street, 2 min walk, so convenient coming & going to KIX airport and also very short walk to Dotonbori shopping street. It's located behind "Cute Rabbit Duty Free". The room size is bigger than most of budget hotels in the area. We have 2 double beds, mini kitchen and the price is very affordable. Also they are very quick in resolving our questions & concern. It's self check-in but the instructions are easy to follow. If we come back in Osaka, we will definitely stay here again.
Not much, just minor things..maybe they can change their toilet paper to at least 2-ply and have some shower curtain so the floor wont get wet when showering, other the rest is perfect for us.

Awesome central location. Place was clean, access easy, staff were helpful when i didnt read the instructions to turn the hot water and on and helped us out when we wanted to add another night to the stay.
Theres a laundromat approx 150m from the apartments that has a great 7kg gas dryer. 40mins for a load for the whole family for 400yen.
I really cant say anything bad about the place.
