客廳真的很大，可以讓大家都在一起聊天喝酒。 房間床也很舒服。 一些廚房用具也都有，備品都很齊全。
一樓房間裡面適合用上掀式行李箱，對開的會沒有空間可以走路，而且一樓沒有廁所，要到二樓，有點不方便。隔音真的不是很好，怕吵的可能要再想想，外面講話聲音真的很清楚。另外樓梯部分台階面積有點小，所以上下樓要小心。 室內拖可以換厚一點有止滑的，不然真的很薄又容易滑倒。

Very convenient location near restaurants, convenience stores and public transportation. Good with two bathrooms and number of bedrooms for our group.

立地。備え付けの飲み物やお皿なども置いくれており、自分達で料理もできた。また、音楽機器やプロジェクターもあり女子会で楽しめた。チェックイン、チェックアウトが楽。
土地柄もあり仕方ないかもしれないが、1番上の階にゴキブリがいたため使用できず、施設の清潔面で点数を下げた。
