Location in the center of Dotombori, but in a quiet area. Even at midnight we ran into town for a drink or Takoyaki at a nearby bar. The apartment building is renovated, the apartment is large and comfortable enough for 4 adults. I was very pleased with the large wardrobes, which is not common in Japan. I also liked using the balcony in the morning to read a book with coffee. Simply everything was great.
Sending passport photos when checking in a foreigner. Apparently this is required by the Japanese authorities. However, Booking warns that you should never send photocopies of documents!

The location is great, 5 min from Dotombori and close to Shinsaibashi street and several metro station !
It looked a bit old fashioned, the kitchen area looks from another era but we didn't have use it to it was fine.

This is a 3 star property in a great location, very close to shops and Dotonbori. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Spacious two bedroom apartment for family or group of people.
Very noisy outside at night. Not a great location for family with kids.
Internet was not working.
Pillows were too soft and there were no spare pillows
The furniture and appliances were worn out
No dryer to dry clothes
Self check in and no staff around to help with anything. However, staff online was helpful and responsive.
