The hotel is close the train station, Family Marts and shopping areas. It is also close to OCAT which makes travel to/fro Kansai airport very easy. The hotel office was kind to allow us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The location is amazing, and the entry using an automatic door with door code is so simple. Much better than keys and having to meet people. Parking is at paid parking sites nearby, which is actually pretty easy. The apartment is a single tall building with a small footprint so there's a bit of walking up and down stairs (the lift is slow), but if you don't mind a bit of exercise it's fine once you get used to it.
The beds in the tatami room are very basic, but fine for a night or two. Having 6 levels to go between it can feel a bit disconnected between the different bedrooms, but for our short stay it was fine.

the place is spacious
too many levels and theres only 1 room in each level. Lift only go up half way. Another half have to stairs up. Old style house feel a bit cold.
