WABI SABI OSAKA

location was good and the property had a lift which was very welcome. didnt have breakfast there but place was clean and suited our purpose. photos i think never really give a good impression as they are generally taken by professionals to make everything look good, which is what they need however it can be a let down when you arrive.

Everything was very good. All the people working in Wabi Sabi are very kind and cheerful, they try to help in every way. Room was very big with all the comforts available. If I return to Osaka, for sure this will be my first choice.

Everything was more than OK. Nothing to report on the bad side. It's impossible to find anything wrong, maybe sound insulation was not perfect and you could hear noise from outside from very early in the morning but no big drawback.

El staff es súper amigable, muy atentos y siempre pendientes de que estés a gusto. El apartamento donde nos alojamos para 2 personas lo veo muy conveniente, quizá para 3 o 4 se puede quedar algo pequeño, aún así si estás de turismo pocos días, es más que suficiente para estar cómodo. (Tomar en cuenta que las toallas son de microfibra y no de algodón. Como anotación, no es importante) La ubicación es óptima, te permite acceder a los lugares de interés andando, pero a la vez estás alejado del bullicio. Tienen una cafetería al lado muy recomendable, todo está muy bien. Buen balance de precio/calidad.

Large living room with open kitchen, sofa, table and washing machine. Two singles bed can combine to one large double bed.

My whole family needed to provide detail information such as passport info, detail address, occupation. Even 1 and 6 years old kids are also needed to provide "occupation". And before enough information are provided, staff did not provide check-in information to me. It force me to type in all those information during the train from airport to Namba station. When we arrive, staff takes photo of all our passports. I am not sure it is really required by Japanese law, or it is the requirement of guesthouse only. Location is around 10 minutes to JR Namba station. But around 30 minutes from Namba station. Payment method is confusing. At first, the confirmation slip said we need to pay cash during checkout. However, when we checkout, the staff said it is already charged by card. But sooner he said we need to pay cash. OK, I request "cash receipt" for cash payment, the staff replied it will be ready when we go back to pick up luggage. Finally, the staff said he made mistake and return the cash to me.
