Our hotel is a bit unique:
the previous owner’s office—where he used to manufacture bags and belts—was renovated, and the current owners, a husband-and-wife team, reopened it as a hotel.
Since the hosts have children of their own, we aim to provide a place where “families can stay with peace of mind” and where guests can “relax just like at home” even while traveling.

It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood along the Dotonbori River.
That said, it’s a very convenient location—just a short walk through Horie puts you right in Namba.
Be sure to enjoy the view from the balcony^^

- 4-minute walk from Sakuragawa Station on the Sennichimae Subway Line
- 7-minute walk from Namba Station on the JR Kansai Main Line
◆ About the Building and Floor Plan
This is a 5-story building. The 2nd and 3rd floors are rented out as a single unit to one group.
*Please note that there is no elevator in the building. Please use the stairs to access the 2nd and 3rd floors. Please keep this in mind.
Each floor has its own entrance door and features a bathroom, toilet, sink, and kitchen.
As this is a spacious condominium, it is well-suited for large groups, families, and multigenerational trips.
