Muy bien conectado en Osaka teníamos todo a la mano, hasta un supermercado abajo del alojamiento. Cerca de estaciones principales, cerca de zonas comerciales.

Que estuvo en el séptimo piso, pero ventaja tiene elevador, un poco también que las fotos se ve más grande y espacioso de lo que estaba pero aún así cómodo.

The apartment was mostly clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was easy, and having a washing machine (wash only, not wash & dry) and kitchen facilities was useful during our stay. There is a grocery store directly across the street which was nice to have for fresh food. In addition, Dotonbori, a HUGE Edion, and Kitchen Street were all within a 10-15 minute walk.

The towel policy was the biggest disappointment of our stay. We paid approximately US$150 PER NIGHT for 4 nights, so this is not a budget property. Each guest was given only one bath towel and one hand towel for our entire four-night stay. Guests are expected to wash and reuse their own towels, but there is no dryer, so they must be air-dried before they can be used again. This is especially inconvenient if you shower more than once a day, have long hair, or are simply a larger person who needs a full-size towel to dry off properly. My husband actually had to use the hairdryer to finish drying himself because a single towel wasn't enough. Ironically, the policy also encourages guests to run the washing machine more often just to have dry towels available. I even sent a polite message asking if we could use additional towels, explaining the situation with a bit of humour. Our request was politely declined. What made this especially frustrating was that there was a cupboard containing plenty of clean towels, but guests were instructed not to use them without permission...and I ASKED PERMISSION. At this price point, guests should either be provided with additional towels or be offered a simple towel exchange during longer stays. Being expected to wash and reuse a single towel for four days is simply not the level of service we expected
