Space of the residence and number of rooms and comfortable beds for a family. Very short walk to station to then get to places like ShinOsaka station for Shinkansen or to get to Ginza shopping district.

Some of the sliding doors are timber on timber so don’t slide well to close for privacy but minor inconvenience.

The property was very spacious our group and we enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent, its not as quite near as a train station but its in a great location, in between several train station lines: Namba, Ebisucho, Kintentsu Nippombashi. As well as several tourist spots in Osaka: Denden Town, Dotonbori and if you are willing to walk a bit, Tsutenkaku, Tennoji Zoo, Namba Yasaka Shrine.

We couldn't get the shower water heating to our desired temperature but it wasn't unbearable as it was still warm water (we just couldn't make it hot), the sink somehow had hotter water. Maybe providing instructions will help foreign tourists better.

Family of 5 stayed for 3 nights in July 2025. Lots of space. Three separated bedrooms, along with kitchen and living room area as well as balcony (mostly used for drying clothes). Above average sized refrigerator (not big per se, just not one of those mini fridges). Unit is on the 6th floor and building had a comfortable efficient elevator. Working stovetop with multiple gas burners.

Of the 3 bedrooms - 1 bedroom had a non working air conditioner that would blow but blow warm (vs cold), making it uninhabitable. 1 bedroom had floor to ceiling windows across the full wall span of the bedroom, but had curtains that covered only half (width vs length) of the window. We had trouble using this room for sleeping because half the wall / window would let sun in and had no darkness to fall asleep / stay asleep. 1 bedroom was enclosed (no windows) and had no issues. Beds were firm and uncomfortable. Bed frames for beds in one of the bedroom were flimsy and one broke while we were there so could not use. Kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, etc were limited. Pots pans were below average condition (teflon coating scrapings) and limited cooking equipment or components. Long corridor hallway and bathroom are not temperature controlled and border between uncomfortable to bearable. There is also limited airflow in these areas, adding on to the noticeable difference in experience in these areas of the apartment. Ceiling light fixtures were not properly / fully installed and showed corners dislodged from mount. Limited welcome amenities or features, and host although responsive did not seem intentioned on resolving items brought up deferring to 'management company' and sidestepping some of the issues. Once issues were brought up, communication had longer gaps. 17:00 / 5pm check in was also a bit later than customary, although Host did allow us to leave luggage inside before check in.
