There were options for eating out within walking distance and transport options were also close by.
The majority of tourist attractions required you to catch transport. The accommodation was a little bit too noisey.

Large upstairs living space and kitchen/dining area. Spacious bedrooms downstairs. Very well equipped and comfortable for our family.
Be aware that the stairs are steep and narrow in case you have any mobility issues or need to carry big heavy suitcases. It’s actually fairly common in Japan but definitely not to code in the US. It’s just a little bit farther away from Namba station than I thought.

Huge two level apartment, big dining room huge lounge room great for family groups. One subway stop from Namba / Dotonbori and close to two other train lines.
Main living room TV not smart. Only one bathroom.

It was HUGE a 2 storey apartment with lots of living space and what can be easily 3 bedrooms. Smart tv toilet upstairs and down. Full kitchen aircon in every room. Located very close to 1 train station and another one an easy walk away. 1 stop from Namba. Or an easy walk. Lots of mini marts very close Best place we stayed in Japan.
