There was a lot of space for our family of 5 and all our suitcases. We loved that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The apartment had everything we needed and we loved the location too! We loved Osaka and would definitely come back here!

There is no staff but the cleaning personnel helped us out with the initial check in and to get the key to the apartment.
There is only one key and it is a physical key. Best would have been to have key cards. The location is next to the Osaka station and next to a supermarket which was convenient.

The apartment was spacious and we had the top floor to ourselves with an outdoor view of Namba-Osaka city skyline and a jacuzzi if we wanted to use it.
