Fantastic place right in the heart of Dotonbori! The check-in process was very easy, and accessing the apartment was simple and convenient. Having two bathrooms was a huge advantage, especially in the mornings and evenings, making things much easier for everyone. Great location, comfortable stay, and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, so close to the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori. Generally quiet at night although there was one night on the weekend with loud music at the early early hours of the morning around 3-4am. Shower built in with drying heater was great too for laundry washing.

We had a great stay as a family of 6 at this unit. The location was perfect.We could walk to all the local shops and restaurant yet somehow the outside noise did not really bother us at night. Some reviewers mention the second bathroom in the hallway as a negative, but it wasn't an issue at all. It was still only for our use and we didn't even see any other guest in the building(there are only 4 units;1 on each floor).

The location is very good, the room is very large, very clean and tidy, and the pictures are consistent. The facilities are very new and perfect, and the customer service reply is timely and highly recommended.
