Massive property in an amazing location. It was one of the best places we stayed in Japan!

Only one toilet which can be difficult with large groups but we only had 4 people so it was doable!

The size of the room was amazing; I will definitely be booking this hotel again next year with a larger group, it was also a great location.

The size of the room is great and can hold many people; however, there's only one toilet, so it might be hard to share with lots of people, and it would be super helpful if the rooms had a dryer unit as well. The shower dryer air vent is alright, but it takes awhile to dry.

Excellent apartment! Clean, comfortable, spacious and modern. Great shower (there are actually two in the apartment we stayed in, so very convenient for a bigger group), with high pressure, continuous hot water. Convenient location, but still nice and quiet, with easy access to train links, so getting around was a breeze! The modern washing machine and drying room, made clothes washing easy!

Check-in time was unusually late, at 16:00 and host wouldn’t even allow us to check-in just 20min early! Obviously, just a minor inconvenience, which you obviously plan around, otherwise, nothing bad!

The location is absolutely excellent if you want to be right in the middle of the busy city action. Everything is close by, public transport is highly convenient, and the food options in the area are virtually unlimited. The apartment offers superb value for money, especially considering the massive amount of space you get on a per-bed basis. They also offer an excellent airport transfer service that was highly reliable and great value for money; while I didn't partake in their other offered services, they looked equally high-quality. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy and fully provided in English. Ignore the reviews from others claiming it's difficult—as long as you can read and follow basic, clear instructions, it is completely seamless.

Because of its proximity to a main road and overpass in a bustling district, it can get very, very loud. Bikers love to rev their engines and ride together at night, and because the area is so busy, sirens from passing ambulances are frequent. We stayed on one of the highest floors and could still hear it clearly; staying on a lower, single-digit floor would be incredibly noisy. The structural soundproofing inside is also lacking. The hallway ceilings/floors sound like hollow wood when walked on. You can loudly hear anyone walking down the hallway on the floor above you, and if there are kids running back and forth up there, you are in for a rough time.
