Very close to transportation and dontonbori.
Getting a fine for smoking on the street outside! 1000 yen made for a good story though. The policeman was so apologetic. Laundry instructions were a bit difficult if you don’t speak Japanese but we managed.

Close to train station and the place is clean.
The window is not fully insulated. I can hear music from other building as it is in the tourist area.

The location is excellent. It was super and spacious on a relatively quiet street right neat Dontobori and Hozen-Ji.
The host was best engaged through booking.com's messaging system. I sometimes got lost in email auto responders. Otherwise it was great, no complaints.

The location
Mattresses are too thin and very uncomfortable, the bathroom do not have any hooks for hanging of towels or clothes which is so inconvenient, the elevator didn’t go up to level 5 so we have to climb up the stairs from level 4 which makes moving of luggages extremely hard. I hope the management will look into these feedback.
