1. 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 이거 하나로 모든 단점이 상쇄되는 수준입니다. 2. 짐을 체크인 전, 체크아웃 후 맡길 수 있게 서비스를 제공했습니다. 3. 객실은 매우 깨끗했습니다.
1. 5층을 썼는데, 5층 외부 화장실 문이 잠기지 않습니다. 2. 5층 외부 화장실이 너무 뜨거워서 사용하는게 어려웠습니다. 3. 오래 머물렀는데, 수건이 모자랐습니다.

Very close to transportation and dontonbori.
Getting a fine for smoking on the street outside! 1000 yen made for a good story though. The policeman was so apologetic. Laundry instructions were a bit difficult if you don’t speak Japanese but we managed.

The location
Mattresses are too thin and very uncomfortable, the bathroom do not have any hooks for hanging of towels or clothes which is so inconvenient, the elevator didn’t go up to level 5 so we have to climb up the stairs from level 4 which makes moving of luggages extremely hard. I hope the management will look into these feedback.
