道頓堀が徒歩圏内という好立地でありながら、周辺は比較的落ち着いていてとても過ごしやすかったです。アクセスも良く、観光や移動に便利でした。お部屋も広々としていて、大人数でも窮屈さを感じることなく快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で、安心して滞在することができました。

滞在中、ちょうど玄関前で工事が行われており、その音が室内までかなり聞こえてきた点は少し気になりました。時間帯によっては騒音を感じる場面もあったため、事前に案内があるとより良いと感じました。

友達と四人で利用しました！　 回数が三階まであって、一番上には露天風呂があリます！　 一つ一つのお部屋のデザインがこだわっていて高級感があります！　 リビングも広いのでたこ焼きパーティーを今度やりたいです。　 クラブやバーが近いのでアクセスがとても便利です！　 大阪行った際はまた利用します！有難うございました🙂

充電器があったら助かる！

We stayed here as a large group of nine (including four kids), and the villa was absolutely perfect for us. It was spotless and fully equipped. Everything you’d need was there, just like home. There was even trash collection twice during our stay. Such a small thing, but it made a big difference. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the white-glove customer service from Ryohei of Villa Dotonbori. We had several requests and inquiries throughout our stay, and he responded so quickly every single time. Polite & helpful, always. This villa deserves way more recognition and visibility on Booking.com. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. The police station is literally right across the street, so if you’re worried about safety, you can sleep very peacefully! There are tons of local restaurants nearby, ramen, izakayas, cafés, you name it. Family Mart is also just a minute or two away. Shinsaibashi Station is about a 5-minute walk. Super convenient! Finally, there’s laundry at the top floor, too!!

If I had to mention a “downside,” it’s that the villa has only stairs. Also, the shower is on the top floor and there’s just one. Unless that’s a dealbreaker, there’s nothing to complain about. We’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families or groups who want a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely well-cared-for stay in Osaka!

観光地に行くのにとても快適でした。 部屋はとても綺麗で最高でした。 お風呂が良かったです。 大家族での宿泊出来たので、大変素晴らしいです。

寝室、浴室にカギがないのが残念でした。 1階の靴を脱ぐスペースが狭かった。
