Its clean, complete furniture, good/values for money especially stay with family.
Close with Shin immamiya station.

・アパート型の建物で1フロアが1部屋となっており、広さ、清潔さ、安さのどれも申し分なかった。
・一部屋にダブルベッドが2つあり、複数人で広々寝れた。
・冷凍庫付き冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、IH？コンロ、洗濯機など電化製品がひと通り揃っていた。
・洗濯した後、折りたたみ式の物干しロープがあり、室内干しができて便利だった。
・新今宮駅から非常に近い。駅-施設の間にファミマもあり。
施設としては大きな問題も無く、オーナーさんのメッセージ等の連絡も早く、大変快適に過ごさせてもらいました！
・チェックインの日 日中に雨が降っていたため、おそらく換気のために開けて頂いていた窓から雨が入り、ベッド際のコンセントやティッシュ、エアコンのリモコンなどが濡れていた。ショートするのが怖かったので、そこのコンセントが宿泊中使用できなかった。
・宿泊中の22時ぐらいにいきなり非常ベルが鳴り出し、しばらく鳴った後止まった。おそらく誤作動かイタズラだと思ったが、一応階下の確認をしようとした時が大変不便だった。
地上との行き来がエレベーターがメインとなっており、エレベーターの扉のすぐ目の前に部屋の扉があるため、部屋の宿泊者じゃないとまずその階に降りることはない仕様。よくも悪くも他のフロアや他の宿泊者がどうなっているかが容易に確認できない。裏にある喫煙スペース兼非常口は階段にはなっているが、そこもまた階下の状況を確認するのには適さなかった。
その後も30分間くらい鳴ったり止まったりを繰り返しており、部屋に何度も警報音が響き渡り不安だった。
