The separate dryer make it very easy to do laundry.
Very clean and well decorated.
Furnishing is new and modern.
Only one shower.
Steep stair to climb, may not be suitable for senior or physically challenged.

Beautiful/new property in a quiet location close to major transportation! A little difficult to find since all 4 units look the same, staff was available and helpful to get us inside. Trial/error to figure out water heater and washing machine. Kitchen was lacking coffee mugs, dish drain, any basics (salt/pepper, oil, starter coffee) and dish towels.
