JR環状線・南海電鉄「新今宮駅」を出てすぐの場所にあり、御堂筋線「動物園前駅」からも徒歩数分。 立地がとても良く、近くにはコンビニやスーパーもあるので、とても便利でした。 少し足を延ばせば、スパワールドやてんしば公園もあり、子ども連れでも楽しめるエリアだと思います。 今回は2段ベッドのある部屋に泊まりましたが、部屋も広く、テーブルやソファもあるので快適に過ごせました。 特に2段ベッドは大人でも上段で寝ることができ、子どもの頃を思い出すような感覚で、とても楽しかったです。 家族やグループでの宿泊にもおすすめです。

Good location (Right beside the Shinyimamiya Station). Spacious room. Good facilities.
The soundproofing could be improved. Train noise is noticeable throughout the day, even on the higher floors.

可以洗衣服，冰箱是大的冷凍東西很方便，有整套的廚房，但是沒有使用到
在火車站旁邊，真的非常吵，火車要過12點之後才會完全沒有聲音，清晨五點多就會很清楚聽到各種火車發出的聲響，住宿有附上耳塞，但是沒有什麼用 沒有公共的使用空間，此外，只有1樓電梯間是有冷氣的，各樓層的走廊都沒有空調，如果你是住的比較後面房號的客人，光是這一段路推行李就會讓你滿身大汗
