Family-Friendly 120sqm House Tsutenkaku Tower12ppl

We stayed in group of 8. 2 seniors 3 adults and 3 kids. 1. Location.. 500m to shin imamiya and 700m to daikokucho (midosuji line) gets you to namba and Shinsaibashi. Nearby to lawson,family mart and a coin laundry. Also daily yamasaki about 300m away. Donk was 500m away. Shinsekai is 300m away. 2. Cleanliness. Super clean place. Fairly well maintained. Had a place to dry clothes at the 3rd floor as well. 3. Easy to check in n check out. Safe neighbourhood. 4. Amenities were complete. Iron hair dryer tv microwave washing machine. Bidet and heated toilet seats. Bowls plates cups and pans are there with induction plate stove. 5. Rooms are in floor 1 2 n 3. Every floor had toilet but only ground and 3rd floor had bathroom n toilet. 1st floor had toilet and a sink.

1. The narrow and steep stairs. Parents had a though time moving up n down 1 floor because the bath was in the ground floor. 2. No utensils were provided for unknown reason. 2. Communication with the onwer was poor. Replied after a few days n too late. I requested for more toilet tissue.. Only came after 2 days. Asked regarding utensils.. No reply until the we checked out. We ended up using spoon n fork given in our flight. 3. The 3rd floor tatami floor mattresses looked comfy but we had backache due to sleeping in the floor. 4. Bed was spacious but in a small room.. Difficult to open luggages. But we managed. Overall i would recommend this place for those not travelling with small kids or seniors. My wife was happy for the cleanliness. Since we stayed for 8 nights maybe there shoild be a service to clean the place and change the sheets... The dust was quite alot during our stay.

Toilet on the 3rd floor with shower makes it convenient as it is beside the bedroom. And 2 shower rooms in the house makes it quicker for a big group to get ready and lesser time to queue for toilet. Location is very good, convenient to travel with different train/subway lines. Its also right opposite shinsekai!

The living/common area is too small and rooms are also not enough space to put luggages. Mattress are of different type, few beds can feel the spring inside the mattress when u sit on the bed, & some stains on the sheets but its fine as i used disposable sheet to overlay on top.

Location - near convenience stores (Lawson and Family Mart) and a grocery store, and nearby dining places. Near MRT as well. Near Osaka Tower. Facility - each floor has toilet, but only has 2 shower rooms (3rd Floor and Ground Floor). Hot water is good and working.

Narrow stairs, not ideal for big people as there is no lift. Place is 4 storey building. 4th floor room has tatami beds, not ideal for those who has difficulty standing.

熱水充足，冬天很溫暖；附近有通天閣、唐吉軻德、地鐵，很方便。

清潔程度，容易看見很明顯的髒污，尤其是灰塵、頭髮，甚至牆上還黏著小片的假睫毛⋯
