Great location, 5 minutes away from the train station, close to shopping and dining. This was our favourite stop in our trip. Lots to do all the time.
Location can be a little noisy, as it is in a busy area, but this may be normal in Osaka.

Having space to spread out was nice. The beds were ok.
The stairs and doorways are dangerous for tall people and kids. We didn’t realize from the booking description that it was 4 levels. The stairs would be illegal in many countries. If you have kids who get up in the night to use the bathroom, might want to consider the uneven stairs. Lots of dust on the vinyl stairs. Stairs peeling in some places.
