So much room and space for our family of 4.
The beds and pillows were quite firm which i didnt mind but the kids were a bit uncomfortable.

Value for money and close to restaurants, market and JR station
The check in process is a bit awkward especially for tourists who do not speak Japanese and not having easy phone communication on arrival.
The bed was a bit noisy.

Having 3 bedrooms gave a space for our bags to be open. The big table and the 2 toilets.
There were no staff around at all even though the place was open on the first floor.
The checkin procedure had to be done on arrival to include a picture with the hostel. This was very stressful when you have more than 2 people.
It was dirty and messy in all the public areas. Cleaning things were left lying around for our whole stay.
There were no tea, coffee supplies provided. There were no hot drink cups or tea towels in the kitchen.
The noise outside with people in nearby bars singing and shouting until very late.
