A acomodação era OK. o apartamento tinha um bom espaço.

Me incomodou muito o checkin ser feito apenas após as 16 horas e o checkout as 10 horas. Como ficamos apenas 1 dia, tivemos que entrar muito tarde e sair muito cedo e por ser um apartamente, não tinha um lugar específico para deixar nossas malas, então isso atrapalhou MUITO a nossa experiência.

Great location, very close to Namba and Dotonbori. Very comfortable with everything you need. Staff is really helpful as they sent us back some items we forgot. A lot of restaurants and izakaya 2 blocks away and the Kuromon market which is a covered street market.

A little bit far from metro if you have a lot of luggage. But the metro has limited express to the airport so that's very convenient.

The size of the room and location of the property was good.

Upon our arrival, the room stank of cigarettes. It was a non smoking room and I contacted the property via Booking.com chat. I was told that their cleaners would have notified them if there was any cigarette/smoke smell. I was told to find an air freshener which was located in the bathroom. We are non smokers and the smell permeated EVERYTHING. We even tried opening up the balcony door to air out the room but it didn’t change the smell, even the walls stank. It was so awful that when we finally got home to Australia, we had to wash every item that was packed and leave our suitcases and bags outside for several days to remove the stench. There was also a hanging light between the bed and the bathroom that was at head height for both of us. We hit our heads many times on it.
