Loved the size of the apartment, very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Staff available via messenger were prompt and graciously allowed us a late check out at no extra charge.
Unfortunately Japanese apartments are not sound proof, the other apartment on our floor was playing music loudly and singing past midnight. There are clear signs telling guests to keep noise to a minimum at night. This was our one frustration. Bring earplugs just in case.
