東瀛Stays402奈良　お洒落な和洋室

【立地もコスパも抜群！周辺環境が充実していて家族4人で快適に過ごせました】 旅費が嵩む時期の家族旅行だったため、「交通の便がよく、部屋が広いこと」を条件に探してこちらを予約しました。 ・お部屋と水回り身長が大きめの小学5年生と5歳児を含む4人での宿泊でしたが、部屋の広さは十分すぎるほど。お風呂やお手洗いなどの水回りも綺麗に清掃されており、とても清潔でした。無料で2リットルのお水が置かれていたのも、地味に嬉しい心遣いでした。 ・便利な周辺環境徒歩圏内にセブンイレブンやカフェ、さらにコインランドリーが2軒もあり、いざという時にも安心な抜群のロケーションです。今回はタイミングが合わず立ち寄れなかったのですが、近隣に「ufotable cafe」があったことも、アニメ好きの家族としては非常にテンションが上がりました！交通アクセスの良さ、部屋の快適さ、周辺の便利さが揃っており大満足の滞在でした。また次回も利用させていただきたいと思います。

ただ一点だけ、洗面台に置かれていたコップに汚れが付いているものがあったのが少し残念でした。また、ベッドの部屋のエアコン設定を変更することが出来ず、寒く感じることがありました。

The apartment is very close to kuromon market and an easy walk to namba station which makes it great for a little osaka break. It was massive, clean and comfortable. The host was responsive on booking.com and ensure we had a smooth check in despite issues with the online check in system. They provided things that usually come in a hotel like toothbrush and razors. With the mix of japanese futon beds and western ones, its a great Introduction to Japan. Just be sure to have a translation app as all the appliances have japanese instructions. Thank you for a great stay!

The kitchen was not fully equipped and we had to ask for individual items like a chopping board and spoons. There were no tea / coffee mugs, just plastic or little green tea mugs. There is no iron or ironing board.

広くて清潔感ありました。 新大阪からも遠くなく、道頓堀や通天閣にも歩いて行ける立地が良かった。

場所がちょっと分かりづらいのと、時計が止まってました。インテリアは、外国人向けかなと思いました。

とても快適で良い部屋でした。 また泊まりたいと思うホテルです。

寝室から隣の部屋の声が聞こえてました。
