Perfect location - very close to the central metro station, walking distance to the Osaka tower and Dotonbory. The most comfortable mattresses we slept on in Japan. Very well accommodated space for family of 4. Outlets next to all beds(critical for children and their ipads). Spotless clean - everything is new. Provides everything needed for a comfy stay. Easy check in and smooth communication with the host.

It’s perfect - I regretted not staying in Osaka for more than two nights.

1. Everything was clean when we checked in. The sheets and the towels were clean and smells good. 2. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay like utensils, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, vacuum(this was helpful since we have kids its always messy), sink for washing utensils 3. They provide shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, extra tissue, extra trash bag, extra kitchen towels, you dont need to ask, everything you need is in there 4. There’s a convenience store on the other side of the street and others within the vicinity. A lot of restos, cafes around the area 5. Internet connection is fast 6. Very accommodating staff. Easy to talk to and always responds immediately 7. What i like the most is they have a drying function in the bathroom. You can dry your laundry in there and you have a new set of clean clothes the next day. This is very helpful for travelers. I like it!

1. The location is not really near the station. Its a 10min walk (depends on how fast you walk) and if you dont like walking it would be a disadvantage. 2. Its smaller than we thought. It looks big in the picture. Its hard to open luggages especially if you have lots of luggage there’s not a lot of space for it. But we managed so i think its fine

I loved everything about the apartment, it was clean, beautifully presented, had everything we could have needed, the check in was so easy and the location was perfect!

There was nothing I didn't like - I loved absolutely everything

The host communicated relatively quickly. The location was about a 12 minute walk to the busy part of town with restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and located close to the convenience stores. The price was cheap. A food hall with wonderful food options is about a 4 minute walk as well as a park for kids to burn some energy.

The apartment states it’s a 2 bedroom which it is not. There is a double bed in a room and then outside in the dining area and kitchen is bunks and a futon. This second bedroom has no walls or doors to give privacy. It’s very cramped and there is nowhere to eat so you have no choice but to eat out every meal. The toilet has a stale urine smell and I could smell it when we checked in.
