Apartment Hotel 11 Kuromon 4

- I liked the instructions that were sent before the check-in date. - The front desk was helpful and welcoming when you managed to get a hold of them via texting or emailing - The rooms were VERY new and clean. The air conditioning was mold-free (as of early Oct of 2026) - The neighborhood and the room, despite being close to a big road, was very quiet. - The rooms were well-thought out and set up to meet as many needs as possible 1. Cooking? We had a stove with a pan and cooking utensils. 2. Laundry? A new laundry machine in the bathroom (with laundry detergent!). 3. Drying the laundry? Dry rack out in the balcony. 4. A big wall-mounted TV and a brand new, clean AC (it was summer hot even in early Oct in Osaka) - Reasonable price

- No staff on premise. Even though there were emails about checking in and accessing the keys, I had questions about some parts of the instruction. I had to figure it out on my own which was frustrating for about half an hour. - Because there's no staff on premise, your text / email inquiry may get a response soon or later - ideally, if something is a problem and becomes an issue, you'd want someone there to address it ASAP (e.g. extra pillow, questions about directions, baby items) - About 20 mins of walking to / from Dotonbori. If you're traveling with small children or an elderly, beware. 20 mins sounds like only a 20 min walk until you're ACTUALLY walking for 20 mins to there and 20 mins from there.
