Clean, comfortable room. Excellent air-con, shower facilities and wardrobe space. Also has a decent sized fridge/freezer and a well equipped kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals. Location is also excellent, about a 10-15 minute walk from Namba Station and only 5-10 minutes from Den Den Town (similar to Akihabara) and Kuromon Market. Highly recommended.

Brilliant location. Super close to a metro and only a short walk to Dotonbori. In a really quiet area which was nice but still shops and food places nearby.
Small but expected! The washer was nice but no dryer made it difficult for clothes to dry (a clothes hanger is present but clothes take a while to dry) however there is a laundrette at the end of the street. 5 floors up so be prepared for steep stairs.

風呂トイレ別、独立洗面台、地上波も映るGoogleTVに文句のつけ所のないアメニティの豊富さ
女性にも嬉しいヘアアイロンもある
エレベーターが無いため、最上階(5階)まで階段で上がるとなると少し辛い。
また、風呂・トイレの設備がそれぞれ部屋によってハズレがあるため、そこは注意が必要。

The price is relatively low compared to other accomodation in that area. The location is about 15 mins walk to Dontobori. The neighbourhood is quiet.
The cleaniness of the accomodation is questionable. There is smell coming from the wash basin drain pipe. And there are a lot of dust in the grove line of balcony sliding door / on the dust fan. And the glass table leg is very weird and easily collaspe without being touched.
