We enjoyed staying here. Great for larger groups. Plenty of space for us to sit down and eat together at night It is right next to train stations. There is a Don Quijote within walking distance that is open all night, but wouldn't recommend going late night because there was a lot of 'riff raff' hanging out and made me uncomfortable with my teenagers with me. There is a few Family Marts and one right across the street. We enjoyed family night watching a movie in the room with a projector. It was nice having washer/dryer as well.
The stairs are ver steep. Not easy going up and down them. The main door is not a fully covered door so you can see the shadows of everyone walking by.

Very well thought, you have all you need for a trip away from home. Very near train station too.
Nothing! Just that for elderly must be warned of the stairs (3 stories) before hand. Could do with a sofa on the ground floor to chill after a long day out.
