房間如照片一樣。很舒適、乾淨、安靜，設備也很新。 WiFi 也很快。 雙床房空間比較小，但另外一間雙人房空間很大。我們三大兩小空間綽綽有餘。 地點距離地鐵動物園前站只需5分鐘。 附近有兩間玉出超市，比較遠一點的那間24小時營業。
這邊的商店街很舊，跟通天閣那邊的熱鬧程度對比很大。另外晚上附近比較多喝完酒的人，也有一些流浪漢。 4月住宿時旁邊在蓋房子，民宿也還未裝修完畢，所以早上開始就會聽到一點點工程的聲音。只要不睡得太晚就沒事。
