Location was excellent!! Very close to Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and there's a train station within a minute walk. There's also a big 7/11 right beside it which was convenient. The check-in was smooth and easy, and there are amenities available for everyone in the lobby area.

It was close to all venues and easy to get around. The place was great and has all what you need to get your day started. The hotel room was clean and nice to be in. Comes with washing machine and a big dining table for family to eat together.
The face basin was jammed in and couldn’t release the water after a use. Had to manually release the water out each time.

Very central, close to all spots in Osaka and easily accessible via subway. The management of the place are top notch to talk to.

Great location. Online staff were very responsive.
The room was not cleaned well. It had a moldy stale odor. I also caught a large cock roach crossing the kitchen floor.
