Very Near to One of the Train Station and the Famous Dotonbori Street.

Great for our family of four. Three double beds, plenty of starage, large fridge, spacious bathroom. We are used to a larger couch, but it worked well for eating at the dining table. The location is excellent, a very easy walk to Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, Namba and right above Nippombashi station to take you anywhere else. Two convenience stores downstairs. Previous reviews mentioned cleaning issues... we found the property very clean, well appointed, supplies always available. Double glazed windows and eighth floor meant no street noise, only the occasional siren overnight, which is expected in this area. Easy, well explained checkin. Staff were easy to contact. Would stay again.

Nothing, good value for money.

Location, location, location! Very close to the metro... like 1 minute away! Dotonbori is only 4–5 minutes away. Close to everything! Walking distance to Namba, etc. The underground shopping area (at metro level) was amazing. It was almost directly beneath the building!

(1) They could have left instructions on how to operate the air conditioner in English. (2) We stayed for 3 nights and were only told after check-out (when enquired) that we were eligible for fresh towels if staying for more than 2 nights. They could have replaced them without us needing to ask. We ended up using the same set of towels for our entire stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Great location, super comfy beds and very helpful staff when we needed to discuss early check in, late check out etc.

Room is quite tired and smells damp/very old. Considering the location though and size I’d say it’s good value for money.
