I had issues with my email and was not able to retrieve the instruction email on how to enter the code for the lockbox. I gave the owner a call and in 3 minutes he came and assisted us regarding the code. Totally thankful for the extra effort he provided. I already recommended this place to my friends. Everything around Namba and Dotonbori is just a minutes walk.

I would recommend that the stairs should have an anti slip traction since most of the guest will be using socks or barefoot. This way accidents can be avoided.

The key was easy to access and prior instruction was sent to me by the owner. The place was easily accessible for public transport. Walking distance from most tourist spots like Namba walk and Dotonbori area. It is also right next to Kuromon market for some souvenir shopping and if you want to try some local cuisines.

We came in August, one of the hottest month to be in Japan. It would have been better if there were English instruction on how to operate the air conditioner. Although we were able to figure it out through some help with translator apps. One of the air conditioner was really noisy, making it difficult for me to sleep. Since the apartment is next to a parking lot, maybe the owner can put a curtain at the window by the side of the parking lot, just to lessen the light coming through at night.
