I loved the beautiful Japanese traditional style room with a canal view. Was a great experience!

Amazing location in the middle of Dotonbori by the river; so much fun walking around the neighborhood
Being in the middle of Osaka’s busiest entertainment district does have one drawback: you can hear thumping music from outside at night. However, thanks to the double-glazed windows and a pair of earplugs, it was not a major issue for us.

- Size of the room was very good for the price and location
- Amazing location in the middle of Dotonbori by the river, so much fun walking around the neighborhood
- Rooms have so much more character than a hotel’s while being comfortable and well equipped
- Private bathroom was small but brand new
- Friendly staff
- Lounge with microwave downstairs to have a bento. Apparently you can also do laundry.
- Our room was at the front of the building with a river view but it means that there was thumping music outside into the night. Back of the building seems better. It didn't bother us as we wear earplugs anyway and the music dies down between midnight and one
- it's good that a shared Japanese bath is available at all, but it's the smallest I've ever seen. Only fits 2, at most 3 people. That said, it was never busy so I enjoyed it.

Location was great. We were in the heart of Dotobori - a popular tourist area of Osaka plus minutes away from the Namba train & subway center. A great hub for travel. The hotel had a Onsen or Japanese Communal Bath which was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Lastly - fresh cold water on our floor and a coffee/tea machine available in the lobby.
There was nothing that we didn't like at this hotel.

It was in a good location, room was great ,
The loud music playing for most of the night , I’m partially deaf & it kept me up most of the night .young lady on reception miserable, and expensive to do your laundry .
