Absolutely freezing cold. There was a storage heater but it didn't work properly to actually heat the room. The price of room only while sales are on is always higher but absolute extortionate for a freezing room

Hotel was pretty and the manager Ashland I think was his name was lovely and kind but the room was up 4 flights of narrow stairs and was not the best. Although the bed was comfy

Property was okay buy the staff (Eranda) the receptionist was very rude and he kicked us out after the check out time in a very rude way and he packed our luggage without any permission

Dreadful

We had a tiny 2 bed room in a bad smelling building at the end of the garden. The walls were dirty, the tiny bathroom had a sliding door which fell off when we tried to close it. At 3am people started stomping around in the room above us. They were still making a noise at 6:30am when we decided we had had enough & left. The bar man/concierge was delightful & helpful.

Shame there's no breakfast, only bad thing I can say, perfect for work room 4 was exceptionally well kitted out, microwave, utensils, fridge, Staff were superb, and evening meals was great. Thank you.

Adequate for what I needed.

Central location. The bed was very comfortable and having a fridge in the room was a bonus. The bathroom size was generous and the shower powerful. I am glad I booked a room in the Lodge rather than the main building. The beer garden was not very busy so the room was fairly quiet.

Fortunately it wasn't a rainy day as I had to wait outside the locked door for a short while for somebody to arrive with the keys. Initially he checked me into an already occupied room, so I had to phone again for him to return to sort it out. I booked a standard room which for sole occupancy was manageable, for two people it would have been very cramped and there's little storage space for luggage as the various facilities (microwave etc) take up most space. The handbasin in the bathroom is tiny so water ends up on the floor. There's sufficient space to put in a bigger basin. Getting to my room and leaving the hotel is cumbersome, very higgledipiglledy.
