The location was excellent. Bobbie was so helpful and friendly it was a pleasure to be there. The breakfast though continental was outstanding nothing too much trouble.

Perfect stop-over in Newmarket.

We stopped here for one night on a cycle tour. We liked the warm welcome we received, the comprehensive advice about where to eat in the evening and the location, which was in easy walking distance of the main street. The room was quiet, comfortable and spotless and breakfast the following morning was very good with plenty of choice. We thought all round it was very good value for money. We were delighted to see lots of racehorses as we left town.

Had an unexpected stay, but what a gem. Highly recommend.

I needed to book somewhere to stay due to my poorly cat being at the vet specialists. Within ten minutes of booking the room I arrived here and was greeted with a smile and shown my room. The room was very comfy and if I am next in the area I would book here again as the breakfast was amazing and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend.

Nice house, ideally situated close to main street and city centre. Quite and clean, comfortable bedroom and good breakfast. Helpfull hostess for indications (retsaurants, itineraries...).

I had a great stay at Byerley House. While the breakfast was continental only, it was fresh and satisfying, which was perfect for me. The dining area opened at 7:30 AM, which perfectly fit my work schedule. Another plus was the location—I easily found nice restaurants nearby for dinner. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant.

Simply wonderful, had a great 3 night stay, 5 minute walk to the High Street, great location.

Healthy breakfast with a variety of options available, the room was spacious as was the bathroom, well equipped and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The wifi was fine, free street parking right outside the property.

It's quite simply one of those gems that are few and far between. Will always use this place when staying in Newmarket. The host is lovely, friendly, helpful and a stickler for cleanliness.. I don't hesitate in recommending 100%

Location was brilliant, central but quiet. Room was very spacious, warm and light. En-suite bathroom big enough for a party, complete with bath and shower. Lovely touches like the bath salts and Radox, cotton wool pads in a cute jar.

Restful, comfortable, nice.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area. Pleasant living room and dining room. There is a microwave in the dining room. The room had a kettle for tea and cappuccino. The double bed consists of 1 mattress, which is pleasant. Comfortably large for 2 people. The bathroom has everything you need. The waterpressure is good. The landlady and her son are also very kind and helpful people. The breakfast is plentiful. Cold meats, cheeses, fresh toast, tea, coffee, small jams and Nutella <3 Everything was as described.

I personally missed scrambled eggs for breakfast. But I must add that I did not inquire if it was available or not. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. This is my negative :)

Everything about our short stay was brilliant. The host was very friendly and made us feel really welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, the facilities great,the bed wonderfully comfortable and the breakfast absolutely amazing.
