Exceptional clean with a very comfortable bed.

We were greeted by the owner on arrival and made to feel very welcome. The room was very spacious and also benefitted from a very large ensuite bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, ample tea, coffee and bottled water were available in the room and replenished daily. The location of Byerley House is a short walk from both Newmarket high street and railway station with regular trains to Cambridge, so very convenient, would definitely stay again.
We cannot think of anything that could have made our stay any better.

Brilliant location. Large room, perfectly clean. Great communication from host. Comfy bed. Host very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble.
