Wonderful stay
Very welcome arrival and check in. Plenty of good secure parking. Room was a delight, incredibly comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was magnificent. Superb staff, attentive and caring. Thank you all.

Beautiful hotel perfect position in Newmarket.
Beautiful property full of horse racing memorabilia,. Lovely atmosphere and views over the garden. Bath and shower in a large bathroom. Large bedroom, good quality towels and washing products.
Our bed was a little too hard but that is a personal preference. I asked reception if I can request a room with a softer matress on my next stay and they were more than happy to accommodate. Will return.

As always a very enjoyable break
I always enjoy my stays at the Jockey Club (approx 3 times per year) the staff are welcoming and helpful, the ambience of the building is magical and quite unique. Quiet and very comfortable - the bedding and pillows are a joy. The bathrooms are always well equipped. The best part of the visit for me is the breakfast - its so tasty and the staff very attentive to your needs. Great place to visit.
