"Morning refreshment" served at 9am simply too late. If only 3in1 powder and biscuits which are easy to prepare, suggest make it available as early as 7.30am. Small bathroom Pillow too soft

Location is fantastic in chinatown close to the tourist spot and MRT station. Easy to check in using kiosk as we arrived at about 630pm when there was nobody at the counter anymore. There is hot water drinking facility in the common area for us to make coffee. Snack (biscuit and coffee sachet) are offered for breakfast at 9am daily.

Poor customer service with not friendly at all. When we asked when the morning snack was served as it's 9am plus already, we were informed it would be delivered late but actually the snack was taken out from the locker in the common area by himself after keeping us to wait for more than 10 minutes. The staff should had immediately taken it out when being asked. We booked a private room for 4 person but were given a key to the room. This key could be used to open for one locker only. The other 2 lockers were locked and couldnt be opened. When we asked if we could have extra key, there would be 50SGD deposit for each key. However, when we asked how to get back the deposit if we checked out before 9am and there's nobody in the counter. No answer was provided. The step ladder used to climb up the bed too straight 90 degree and no level at the lower part for us to balance ourselves when come down. This poise safety issue.
