The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Most of the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. We had a nice stay as a family in this hotel.

The room itself could have been a bit cleaner, but it was great overall. Kids loved the slide and projector so overall a hit.
Pros:
- Great location, heart of hawker central and very close to two different subway lines. Taxi stand right in front of hotel as well.
- Cost effective
- Friendly staff
- Bunkbed slide was a huge win with the kids
- 24 hour luggage storage before and after
- Water refilling station in lobby
- Daily room service
Cons:
- Because you're in the heart of Chinatown, you're going to be hearing music from the stalls playing all night.
- The walls are thin. You'll be hearing your neighbors a lot, especially if they have a slide.
- The mini fridge doesn't work, and the staff doesn't know how to operate it either.
- Hot water is used up after 3 minutes of showering.
- No place to store clothes really.
- If it's not the main area, it's dirty, i.e. under/behind the slide, windowsill, etc.
