BEAT 1932 Hostel at Chinatown

Staffs are fabulous!! Not forgetting Alex and Shirley. Both are funny and friendly and helpful at times when needed their kind assistance. Not to forget night shift staff, Farah if not mistaken.Meanwhile chef Anna & chef Lilin provide a good quality breakfast. I think sooner I need go gyms because of the amazing breakfast!!

Cant find anything I hardly dislike!!

Location was excellent…I could get to the anywhere from the nearby mrt stations.

Breakfast was good but leaning towards Asian style

1. Locations very convenient to access to any other parts of Singapore 2. Clean at certain time 3. Staffs are very helpful 4. Breakfasts are provided

1. Prefer the horizontal setup versus vertical cause the next door making noise when hit the wall 2. No space for the upper people to do their suff when they didn’t climb onto their bed yet 3. Aisle too narrow to put our stuff n luggage bags

Good location for getting around and very close to a food court.

Female dormitory with 2 showers and 2 toilets, which feels a bit insufficient, especially since there is no space to place personal items. I was assigned a bed that was partially behind a wall, making access more difficult compared to others. There is a rule about not wearing shoes inside, but the room was still full of shoes. There is no proper space for luggage or backpacks, so everything ends up in the middle of the room, making the dorm quite messy. Only a very small locker with a code is available, barely big enough for a handbag. Mine was broken, and the power outlets by my bed didn’t hold chargers properly. I tried another bed and they worked, but of course I couldn’t use someone else’s outlet. Overall, I would only recommend it for a one-night stopover when you don’t need comfort or convenience.
