チャイナタウンと言う好立地でありながら都心部にもアクセス便利で部屋も狭過ぎず、快適だと思います。スタッフの対応も良好だと思い思いました。

部屋全体が暗い感じがします。

Recently renovated , very clean

The room are not big .

Visually looks nice on the surface. Staff were friendly enough, clearly they were foreign and so don’t really speak English. But they are helpful if you run out of towels or toilet rolls etc. They are constantly around so it’s not too bad. Laundry room access was good and wifi.

Very badly renovated. Quite shabby and room furnishings and layouts are not very well planned out. Rooms with lofts don’t allow for air conditioning to enter that section so for Singapore it was very warm to sleep up top. New shelving and new wall panels are still taped up and not really stuck on well or presented well. Almost like they had to open in a hurry. We deliberately chose (normal sized) beds, that were not the smaller ones but somehow that’s what we got. My husband is 6 feet and only just about fit. Even so, the beds were horrible to sleep on, I’m half his size and there was zero support or comfort. Bed base did not support at all. You’ll know when you see that the metal bed base panels do not support the mattress so the top and bottom of the mattress fall through. So very small… but we expected that in chinatown, just that we didn’t expect the beds to be so small. Maybe it was just our type room which was the loft. Very noisy in the corridor and aircons were leaking. Our room, the condensation from outside the window flowed in from u set the balcony door every morning and evening. Room without window and bunk beds seem to have normal sized beds however. But top bunk sits right under the sprinkler which could be dangerous I also believe there is no wheelchair access. Only automatic escalators. But I think you should ask staff about it.
