CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotel at Chinatown

The capsules are usable and okay just for sleepover. I cannot imagine being there for more than two nights tho.

Bathrooms are a bit tired. My friends had a cockroach in their capsule which was not a greatest experience

It will be nice to hv bfast buffet as too early no shops is avaliable

Hope no sharing of bathroom or toilets as is privacy could been better

Comfortable and good space in the capsule, felt private

Quite restrictive - couldn’t be in some communal areas without a sign saying no food or drink

The location is excellent and very convenient, especially if you want to explore Chinatown. The capsule was clean and comfortable, and the staff during check-in were friendly. Overall, the stay itself was pleasant.

My main concern was the payment process. My card was successfully charged when I made the booking, but later the property requested to cancel my reservation and attempted to charge my card again. This caused unnecessary stress just one day before my trip. I contacted the property, but the explanation was unclear, and I never received proof that the first payment had been refunded. Fortunately, I rejected the cancellation request, and my booking remained confirmed. I hope the property improves its payment system to avoid putting future guests in the same situation.
