Clean and new facility as of July 2026. I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Bed was comfortable. Detailed and prompt replies for all communication, pleasant and courteous, very helpful. Extra floor mattresses made available. Kids can use the watersplash park and mall accessible from ground floor is superb convenient. There are a lot of steps to go through if u arrive with vehicle, but all have been communicated in advance with videos. Definitely will stay again.
Washing machine provided is a plus but no dryer (weather is warm enough to dry with hangers provided) - but great if a small foldable clothes drying rack is provided.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The owner was very kind, understanding, and helpful throughout our stay. We sincerely appreciate the owner’s patience and forgiveness regarding our mistake.The service was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our experience here. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again.

Conviently located next to KSL mall and alot of food and shopping.Priya was very helpful. The room #2316 can accomodate up to 10pax easily. Has a balcony .in evening has a beautiful view of the sunset.
Only 2 lifts work and very slow. At least 15minutes wait during wkend stay. The toilet in hall very small to shower in. For smalls kids only. The towels smell bad . The TV hard to access Netflix. Have to on n off tv afew times to access. The hallway is very dark and gloomy.
