The location is good to visit Cinque Terre if you go by car. We parked the car in La Spezia and used the train to visit Cinque Terre. La Spezia and Porto Venere is easily accessible by car. The apartment is big enough with clean and nice toilets. beds were nice, enough and good blankets provided. Kitchen is small but good enough. Free car park, supermarket nearby.
Easy and confortable online check-in. The owner proactively contacted me the day before and provided instruction how to find the key along with passcode. very convenient.
The house is little far from the city or any restaurants.
Recommend to remove the cinque terre picture from the adverstisement page which is little misleading.

Our idea was to visit Cinque Terre, so the location if you go by car is perfect, close to La Spezia to catch the train at the central station. The owner was very kind, he shared basic information with us and they have a free check-in system which makes it very convenient especially when you arrive at night. The house has what is necessary for short stays and was clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed for the kids was fine too.
